NCEMI v2 is now in beta release

We apologize to all our friends who have been unable to connect for the past several months. Our ISP suddenly went out of business and we’ve had to develop a new site based on material from the original.

We’ve made the site visible at the request of our colleagues, despite the fact that the new site is not yet fully-developed. You may find that not all links are active, and there is still some dummy placeholder material taken from some of our other sites.
